How often do I need to share something?
Shooting to share 1 or 2 quick updates per week is plenty. When something worth sharing happens, just snap a photo or send us a name. We take it from there.
There’s no schedule and no obligation. If nothing happens for a few days, that’s fine.
What counts as a “quick update”?
Anything real: a finished job, in progress work, a delivery, a new item, a team moment, opening for the day, or a happy customer. The sky is the limit. If it feels worth sharing, it probably is.
Do you use stock photos or generic content?
Never. Everything comes from your real work and real customers. If you don’t send anything, we don’t make anything up.
How do review requests work?
You can send us their name or let them tap your review card. We guide them to your branded review page and make it easy and comfortable for them to leave a review if they want to.
We never filter or gate reviews—we just remove friction.
Will this feel spammy or pushy to my customers?
No. Everything is written to feel thoughtful, respectful, and human. If we follow up, it’s light, kind, and stops automatically as soon as someone clicks or responds.

Why don’t you use SMS for review requests?
We chose not to use SMS because it often feels intrusive and creates legal and brand risk for businesses.
Instead, we use thoughtful email and physical mail—which feel more respectful, are easier for customers to engage with on their own time, and protect your brand from feeling pushy or spammy.
Your reputation grows best when customers feel appreciated, not pressured.
Do you filter or hide negative reviews?
No. We believe honest feedback builds real trust (and protects you from suspension from Google). We’ll help you respond thoughtfully and professionally, but we never manipulate or hide customer feedback.
Do you ever post without me sending something?
No. Everything starts with you. We only work with what you share—we never invent activity.
Which platforms do you use?
Starter focuses on Google and Facebook. Growth and Pro also include Instagram. All plans include direct photo uploads to your Google Business Profile.
Do you handle comments or messages?
We don’t handle private messages because those usually involve scheduling or pricing only you can answer. We focus on what builds visibility and trust: public presence and reviews.
Can I approve things before they go live?
Yes — if you want. We can send you a quick preview link every time, or you can stay hands-off and let us handle it.
How quickly will I see results?
You’ll look active and professional right away. Over the next 3–6 months, you’ll usually see more reviews, better visibility, and more inbound interest as the momentum builds.
What if I’m too busy to send anything for a while?
That’s okay. There’s no penalty, no pressure, and no requirement. We’re here when you’re ready and will not post generic content in the meantime.
We send weekly reminder emails and occasional idea postcards tailored to your business industry to make it even easier to spot business moments you can send to us.
